- Guides individuals and families on creating and implementing an estate plan that matches the family’s goals and minimizes gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) taxes on transfers to future generations.
- Advises individuals and families on advanced planning techniques (for example, gifts and sales to SLATs, ILITs, GRATs, Crummey trusts, and other irrevocable trusts).
- Assists with the formation and administration of charities and foundations.
- Advises personal representatives on the administration of estates.
- Advises trustees and beneficiaries on trust administration and modification.
