  • Advises on advanced planning techniques, including the formation and funding of irrevocable trusts (SLATs, ILITs, GRATs, Crummey trusts, CRTs, etc.), installment sales, and other wealth transfer strategies.
  • Assists with the formation and administration of charities and foundations.
  • Provides counsel on the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Assists with the preparation and negotiation of marital agreements (both prenuptial and postnuptial).
